ORDERING/PAYMENT:

*I accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, money orders, and Paypal. If paying by credit card; please place a minimum order of $7.00. If paying by money order, please check out through our website to get the correct total to send; then make the money order out to: Kristal Norton.

*Connecticut residents pay 6% sales tax.

*All shoppers can now use the shopping cart, regardless of payment type. Click on “add to cart” next to each item you would like to purchase. You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on "view cart" and continue to checkout.

*Credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. Please make note that all Rags-n-Tags orders will appear as "hello @ kristalnorton.com" on your credit card statement. Credit cards will be charged when your order is shipped.

SHIPPING/RECEIVING:

*All items marked with ppd (postage paid) ship for free to continental US only. Any other items ordered will incur shipping charges. The shipping calculator is based on weight of the items, with no extra charges; so it should be very close to exact shipping charges.

*All orders with paid postage will be shipped by priority mail. All "free ship" orders will be shipped by first class.

*Most orders will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be shipped out, depending on the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all "made to order" items. (Items that are made to order will be marked accordingly.) E-patterns will be emailed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).

*Any order discrepancies found must be reported to me within 5 days from the date you received your order (I am able to obtain that date from the US Postal Service) in order to receive adjustment or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS. If an order is received damaged, you will need to contact me immediately by email. Do not return any items without my confirmation to do so first.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

*All prices on this site are in US dollars. Orders outside the continental US will incur additional costs for shipping. For residents outside the continental US, you may use my shopping cart, but be aware that you will be charged exact shipping charges on your credit card, or receive a separate paypal invoice for the difference. Or, you may email me with your order to determine shipping costs before placing your order.
