Welcome to Rags-n-Tags! Here you will find a unique array of one-of-a-kind primitives, vintage bottle caps, primitive patterns, primitive e-books, and a few hard to find needfuls. Each hand made item is made individually by me: Kristal Norton in my pet and smoke free home in USA, paying close attention to all details; there are no machines or assembly lines to interfere with the quality and uniqueness of each item I make. All of my primitive patterns and e-patterns are shipped free, or emailed within 48 hours!
